ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Stomatitis Aftosa Rekuren yang dikenal dengan istilah apthae atau canker sore merupakan suatu lesi ulserasi terjadi berulang pada mukosa mulut. Etiologi SAR sampai saat ini belum diketahui secara pasti, namun ada faktor predisposisi berhubungan terjadinya SAR, salah satunya adalah siklus menstruasi. Siklus menstruasi tanda proses kematangan organ reproduksi dipengaruhi oleh hormon tubuh. dalam 4 fase yaitu menstruasi, folikuler, ovulasi, dan luteal. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan SAR. Metode: Jenis observasional analitik menggunakan desain cross sectional, dilakukan di Kampung Jawa, Kota Solok, Sumatra Barat bulan September 2021 hingga Maret 2022 94 responden diambil accidental sampling. Pengambilan data memberikan kuesioner/google form kepada perempuan berumur 15-24 tahun. Analisis uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Sebagian besar negatif mengalami sebanyak 54 (57,4%) diikuti positif 40 (42,6%).Hasil menunjukan bermakna antara (p=0,153).
